Security of Funds

The Payment Services Regulations 2009 stipulates that all client funds must be held in segregated client fund accounts. These funds are only used for client transactions and are kept in accounts of our partners that are independent of their business accounts.

Dealing partners.

We have carefully chosen the following partners with whom we work. They offer slightly different products and services that we then can in turn offer to our clients. As no two clients are the same we like to find out first what our customers’ requirements are and then match them with the most appropriate currency provider.

No matter who you choose both partners are both authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an ‘Authorised Payment Institution’ API under the Payment Services Regulations 2009.
