SWFX is looking to form strategic partnerships with any law firm with corporate and private clients who are engaged in single or multiple international money transfers or for any client who might be exposed to currency risk.

We have worked alongside several law firms throughout our 15 years of trading enabling them to add value to their service offering.

As an independent business, not influenced by any other company or bank, we can act impartially and securely to obtain the best exchange rate for your clients. Either working directly with your client, under your supervision, or as a bolt-on to your service provision, we will smoothly pave the way for your clients’ overseas transactions and deliver the best financial outcome.

Competitive rates

Following an assessment of currency requirements, we will exchange your client’s funds, through yourself or direct with them, at what we almost always know will be a better rate than your bank is willing to offer, making sure the best possible deal is achieved.

Personal, hands-on approach

Unlike the banks, which we all know are becoming less and less customer-focused, and where transactions like these can take time and can be quite complicated to set up, we have a personal and hands-on approach.

Communication and attention to detail

During a transaction, your client will deal with the same person throughout the whole task who will be available via telephone, email or face to face whenever necessary. Keeping a constant eye on the markets, we can make sure deals are done quickly and efficiently, at the time required and, of course, at the best possible exchange rate.

Universal IBANs

It is not always clear what currency your clients will be dealing with and for you to then handle. We can offer you foreign currency bank accounts in 39 different major currencies, which will then give you the ability to handle any deal these currency accounts cover. All these accounts will be in your company name under one IBAN number and one SWIFT code. If your client wishes to set up with us directly, they will all be in their name instead. This facility will give you the benefit of being able to deal with any private individual or company dealing overseas and with any of these foreign funds involved.
